A stick-to-your-ribs, hearty meal only ever prepared for special occassions! Not for the faint of heart...literally. Best if your own flair is added! ie. hot sauce, diced peppers, garlic, etc.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Dip

1 package (16-ounce) Fat Free Cream Cheese
3 chicken breast
26 ounces Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Garlic and Herb
1/2 large onion, diced
2 cups Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
2 tbsp oregano
20 ounces corn chips

Recipe Directions for Chicken Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Soften Cream Cheese to room temp.

  3. Cook ground beef, making sure to have it be in very small pieces. Drain excess fat. Saute chopped Onion with beef until transluscent.

  4. Add Sloppy Joe Sauce.

  5. Spread softened Cream Cheese into bottom of 9x13 pan, covering evenly.

  6. Pour meat, onion, and sloppy joe mixture over cream cheese. Level evenly.

  7. Sprinkle Mozzarella over top.

  8. Sprinkle oregano.

  9. Cook for 7-10 minutes (until cheese is melted). Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Serve with Corn Chips.
