Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Dinner

6 oz chicken breast
1/4 cup steamed broccoli
1/4 cup steamed cauliflower
1/4 cup steamed carrot
1 cup yam
1/2 cup steamed brown rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken Dinner

  1. Grill chicken breast to standard 165 f for 15 sec.

  2. Steam vegetables briefly until just soft.

  3. Steam rice for 15 min.

  4. Bake yam at 425 until soft.

  5. Plate and serve.
