Chicken mushrooms and onions in gravy

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Dinner

15 oz chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, cut in 1" pieces
1 red onion, chipped
14 oz mushrooms, sliced
10 cloves garlic, sliced
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 serving Lite Mixture Salt
1 pepper
1/8 t poultry seasoning
6 oz Fage Greek Yogurt (Plain, Non-Fat)
1 T brown gravy mix
2 cups water
1/2 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Dinner

  1. dredge chicken in flour, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning

  2. saute in oil in batches

  3. remove from oil

  4. add garlic onions and mushrooms, cook

  5. return chicken

  6. add gravy mix yogurt and water

  7. cook til thickened
