This is from the Fix It and Forget it Lightly with some added alterations.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken "Delite"

8 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup onion
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups water
2 cups steamed rice
1/4 cup parsley
5 red potatoes
1 pound carrots

Recipe Directions for Chicken "Delite"

  1. Combine all ingredients except rice and fresh parsley in slow cooker.

  2. Cover. Cook on low for 8 hours.

  3. Add steamed rice and parsley, stir, and cook for 10 minutes.
