Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Delicious

26 1/10 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast
2 1/2 cups cream of celery soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tsp celery seed
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
4 1/5 oz celery

Recipe Directions for Chicken Delicious

  1. Mix lemon juice, celery seed, and a shake of paprika. Place chicken in mixture and allow to marinate for at least 1/2 hour--preferably over night.

  2. Mix soups and water.

  3. Chop celery.

  4. Layer in slow cooker in this order: celery, chicken and soup mix. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Cover.

  5. Cook for 8-10 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.

  6. Can leave chicken pieces whole or, for a more accurate calorie count, shred the chicken and mix back in.

  7. Serve over rice.
