These chicken cutlets have a crunchy parmesan crust and can also be made with turkey.

Recipe Ingredients for chicken cutlets with parmesan crust

500 grams Chicken Breast Tenderloins
2 large Egg, White
0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for chicken cutlets with parmesan crust

  1. Preheat Oven to 250F

  2. season chicken with salt and pepper

  3. beat egg whites

  4. in another bowl, combine breadcrumbs with parmesan

  5. dip cutlets in egg whites, then crumb mixture, shaking off excess

  6. heat large nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Add half of butter and olive oil. When butter melts, put half of the cutlets into the pan.

  7. Cook a few minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

  8. Set aside on baking sheet and keep warm until ready to serve

  9. Add remaining butter and oil to pan and cook the rest of the cutlets.

  10. Serve with lemon wedges.
