16 oz (raw) Chicken
1/4 cup(30 g) Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.5 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for chicken cutlet

poiund out chicken breast meat to >1/4" thickness - dredge in seasoned flour dip in beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs - fry in hot skillet with oil, drain on paper towel and use hot or chill in fridge for later use
