Chicken Curry (Weight Watchers Style)

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry (WW Style)

4 oz Fat Free Yogurt Plain
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Curry Powder
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
0.5 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 dash Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
3 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.5 Medium Tomatoes
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry (WW Style)

  1. combine yogurt, seasonings, and chicken. Turn to coat Let stand at room temp for 30 minutes.

  2. in 12 inch skillet heat oil; add onion and saute until lightly brown.

  3. add tomatoes and bay leaf let simmer for 5 mintues.

  4. add chicken and marinade mix and stir to combine.

  5. Bring Mixture to boil.

  6. reduce heat and simmer about 30 minutes, stiring once or twice. remove bay leaf before serving.
