Curried chicken with coconut water, veggies, broth, and seasonings

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry with Veggies

8 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup Sugar Snap Peas
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 tsp Curry Powder
8 oz Coconut Water
0.5 cup Soup, Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry with Veggies

Cook garlic and onions in light oil till soft, add chicken, cook till heated, add small amount of water and veggies, cover and steam till cookied, add curry powder and seasonings to taste, add coconut milk and broth, cook until mixed, add fresh basil
