Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry- Spicy

1000 grams Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh Cutlets
3 tomatoes
1 3/10 large Onions
5 clove Garlic
2 tsp Ginger Root
1 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Green
10 almond Almonds
3/10 miniature box (.5 oz) Raisins, Seedless
1 tsp Turmeric, Ground
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 1/2 1tsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp 67% Buttery Spread

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry- Spicy

Fry the onions, garlic and ginger in a tsp of oil. Add green chili, tomato and fry till cooked. Blend to a puree with almonds and raisins. Fry chicken in butter, till brown. Add puree and some water and turmeric.
