Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry (Simple)

3 1/2 tbsp yellow curry paste
2 3/4 cups coconut milk
1 lb chicken breast
1 onion small
1 potatoe large

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry (Simple)

  1. Mix 5 tbsp of curry paste with 1.5 cups of coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes in medium heat

  2. Add the chicken and 2 cups of coconut milk and bring to boil.

  3. Add the potatoe and the onion and let it cookk until meat and vegetables are tender.
