Recipe Ingredients for Chicken curry

35 grams Onions
4 grams Garlic
1 tsp Ginger Root
3 1tsp Olive Oil
150 grams Perfect Portions
1 cup, grated Carrots
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
100 grams Potato
1 cup Cooking Stock
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tsp Mustard Seed, Yellow
1 tbsp Coriander Seed
3 tsp Curry Powder
1 cup, chopped Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Chicken curry

Easy, just for the first step: put the oil in the pan and the seeds for 1 min and then onion, garlic, ginger for 2 min, curry and the rest of the ingredients. I prefer to boil the chicken in water, salt and pepper use the stock and the chicken shredded.
