This is a quick microwave version of Chicken Curry.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry

1 medium Onion
2 cloves Garlic
1/3 cup Flour
2 tbsp Curry Powder
2 tsp Chicken Bouillon, instant
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 cups chopped Chicken Breasts
2 cups Fat free Milk

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry

  1. Cook onions and garlic in microwave two minutes or until onion is clear.

  2. Stir in flour, curry powder, chicken bouillon and cayenne pepper.

  3. Cook 2 minutes.

  4. Stir in milk.

  5. Cook until thickened.

  6. Stir in chicken and warm through.

  7. Serve over rice.

  8. Can serve with raisins, shredded coconut and nuts.
