Recipe Ingredients for chicken curry

1 serving Whole Chicken
40 grams Onions
6 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 clove Garlic
1 tsp(2 g) Ginger Root
54 grams Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for chicken curry

  1. Fry onions.

  2. Add ginger and garlic and keep frying for a minute.

  3. Add massala(spices for chicken curry, one table spoon), add salt, a tsp chili powder and half tsp coriander powder.

  4. Add chicken and let it cook to nearly cooked.

  5. Add thinly chopped tomatoes, cover and let it cook untill its own water come out and reduce a bit.

  6. Add corriander leaves, chopped fine and cook for an other minute.

  7. Check the salt.

  8. Done!
