1 lb chicken breast
2 small Sweetpotato
1 Eggplant
1 Zucchini
1/2 onion diced
2 cloves Garlic
2 cups mushroom
8 oz ) coconut milk
2 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp fish sauce
