Recipe Ingredients for Chicken curry

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 small Onions
3 clove Garlic
0.75 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup slices Squash, Summer, All Varieties
1/2 cup Peas, Green
1.5 cup Coconut Milk
1.5 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Spices Curry Powder
1 tbsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Chicken curry

Heat oil. add onions, spices and garlic and stir for a few minutes (careful not too burn any of the spices or garlic). Add chicken and once it's browned, add the vegetables and coconut milk.
