Americanized yellow chicken curry - this is a doubled recipe -- serves 16

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry

2 cup White Flour, Unbleached
16 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
8 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
3 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
4 cup Chicken Stock
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry

  1. Saute onions, red bell peppers, and chicken in oil

  2. and spices, sugar, and salt

  3. stir in flour, milk, and chicken stock

  4. bring to a boil, let simmer for 10 minutes until thick

  5. serve over rice
