For anyone that likes curry that's not too heavy.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry

12 oz chicken
1 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp low fat yoghurt
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tomatoes
1 tsp garam masala
1 3/10 cups chicken stock
1 onion
1 tsp tumeric
2 tsp chopped parsley

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry

  1. Chop onions and garlic finely

  2. Add ginger, chilli powder and turmeric.

  3. Add tomatoes, yoghurt and chicken pieces.

  4. Add remaining ingredients. Add very little stock and simmer for 2 hours. Serve with boiled rice.
