Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry

1 Onion Yellow
1 Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 Tomatoes with Garlic and Olive Oil (Alymer)
1 Curry Paste
1 Mushrooms
1 Curry Powder
500 grams Chicken

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry

  1. Heat pan to med-high and add oil,

  2. Dice and add onion to pan.

  3. Add Vindaloo paste and curry powder

  4. Cut chicken in 2 inch pieces and add to pan.

  5. Sear chciken and then add tomatoes and mushroom (do not drain) add water to your liking.

  6. Lower heat to simmer 30 minutes.

  7. Add yogurt and stir right before serving.

  8. Serve over rice.
