Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry

12 ounces cooked chicken breast
1 tbsp butter
1 cup onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp chicken bouillon
2 cups water
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp flour

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry

Melt butter. Add finely chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until soft. Mix flour, curry powder, and ginger if used. Add to butter and onion mixture. Cook five minutes. Mix bouillon and water. Add slowly to curry mixture. Allow to come to a boil. Add chicken and heat through.
