Patak's Chicken Curry (Tikka Masala)

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry

1 onion
140 g curry paste
500 g chicken
400 g tomatoes
200 ml water
200 ml cream
1 cup rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry

  1. Dice onion and fry in oil

  2. Put in curry paste and fry until fragrant

  3. Add chicken and brown

  4. Add tomatoes and water and simmer for 30 minutes

  5. Add cream or coconut cream towards the end of the cooking time

  6. Cook rice by absorption method
