Thai-inspired Chicken Curry with Bamboo Shoots and pineapple. Add Curry, Oregano, Basil, Thyme, and anything else you feel like.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry

1 cup Lite Coconut Milk
1 cup Bamboo Shoots
1 cup of pineapple
1 large bell pepper
1 (500g) Chicken Breast
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
4 cups of rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry

  1. Slice and cook the onion.

  2. Slice and put the chicken in with the onion, when they're soft.

  3. Cook untill the chicken is almost done.

  4. Add Coconut milk, Garlic, spices and Bamboo shoots.

  5. Get it boiling.

  6. Start cooking your rice.

  7. Add pineapple and sliced bellpepper to the sauce, and let cook for a while.

  8. Serve
