1 large onion
2 tbsp olive oil
25 g coconut
100 g pineapple
25 g ground almonds

  1. Chop Chicken breast and onion

  2. Fry in olive oil

  3. Add coconut and ground almonds

  4. Add pineapple

  5. Add sauce and heat through.
