Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry

2 small onions, diced
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
9 oz chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
3 tbs olive oil
2 1/2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry

Sautee the chicken and vegetables until chicken is brown. Add the water and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Break up the curry sauce paste into five pieces and add to skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally until curry sauce tabs have dissolved. Serve over Brown Rice.
