Medium hot, Quick & Easy Serving 1 cup

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry

100 g S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix
28 .8 ounce package) Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, cubed
1 large onion, sliced thinly
1 cup carrots, sliced
2 1/2 cups water
20 ounces brown rice, cooked

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry

  1. In large skillet, cook meat & onion in OIL, or Butter, stirring until onion is lightly browned, about 3 minutes.

  2. Add carrots.

  3. Add 2-1/2 cups water and bring to a boil.

  4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until meat is tender, about 10 minutes.

  5. Break GOLDEN CURRY SAUCE MIX into mixture, stirring until completely melted.

  6. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

  7. Serve over hot rice or noodles

  8. Makes 6 one cup servings.
