Recipe Ingredients for A Chicken Curry

1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup diced onion
2 cups chicken
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1/2 cup mango chutney
1 cup chopped spinach
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp hot pepper jelly

Recipe Directions for A Chicken Curry

  1. saute onion in olive oil.

  2. add 2 cups diced chicken.

  3. Cook until done

  4. Add 1 cup diced tomatoes (1 can)

  5. Add 1/2 cup mango chutney

  6. Add 1 cup chopped spinach

  7. Add 1/2 tsp cumin

  8. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric

  9. Add 1 tsp ginger

  10. Add 1 tsp hot pepper jelly

  11. Last Add 1/2 cup low fat sour cream

  12. Serve with rice.
