Basic chicken curry with potato and 1 pound of chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry

2 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound boneless chicken breasts
1 large onion
3 small tomatoes
1 medium potato

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry

  1. Saute onions in oil until carmelized

  2. Add chicken pieces cut into small cubes and cook until slightly browned

  3. Add chopped tomatoes and spices

  4. Blend well and cook until tomatoes start to break apart

  5. Add potatoes and half a cup water

  6. Cook until potatoes and chicken are done.
