Recipe Ingredients for chicken curry

860 grams chicken breast, skinless & boneless
56 ounces diced tomato
4 tbs oil
2 onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp curry powder
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for chicken curry

  1. saute onions in oil 5 minutes

  2. add ginger and garlic cook 2 minutes

  3. add rest of spices cook 2 minutes

  4. add canned tomatoes and water

  5. submerge chicken breast

  6. simmer 20 to 30 minutes

  7. remove chicken and shred

  8. return chicken to pot and simmer 30 minutes
