3 lbs chicken thighs
15 oz chopped tomatoes
3/4 cup cashew nuts
1 cup yogurt
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons curry powder

  1. fry onion and spices

  2. add chicken and tomatoes

  3. simmer for 40 min

  4. Add ground up cashews and yogurt

  5. simmer for 10 min
