Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry with Quinoa

16 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
4 oz Plain Nonfat
4 serving Mayo
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 cup Quinoa
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry with Quinoa

Mix 1/3 mayo, 1/2 yogurt with curry (& 3 tbsp onion). Cube chicken, coat with pap. & pep. and spray non stick skillet & cook. Add yogurt, cook 2 min. Stir in quinoa (and or rice) & serve
