Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry With Potatoes

2 unit+yield+from+1+lb+ready-to-cook+chicken chicken breasts
2 medium tomatoes
5 cloves garlic
1 large potato
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp oil
3 tsp salt
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry With Potatoes

  1. Heat Oil in pressure cooker

  2. Add ginger and garlic, cook for a minute.

  3. Add tomatoes, cook for 2-3 minutes till they soften. Then add all the dry powders. Cook for another minute.

  4. Add chicken, potatoes and 1 cup water. Close the pressure cooker and cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.

  5. Serve with rice or bread.
