Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry with Plain Lowfat Yogurt, Wanuts & Celery (Dons)

4 cup chicken breast
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 cup walnuts
2 stalk celery
2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
4 tablespoon olive oil
6 garlic cloves
2 tablespoon Curry

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry with Plain Lowfat Yogurt, Wanuts & Celery (Dons)

  1. Fry crushed garlic till fragrant, around 30 seconds

  2. Sprinkle in kosher salt

  3. Add 4 cups diced chicken breast in olive oil and cook till no longer pink inside (5 minutes)

  4. Remove chicken/garlic from heat & allow to cool

  5. Mix in yogurt, walnuts, celery & curry
