My favorite way to make chicken curry. Approximately 6 1-cup servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Curry (my way)

172 g (2 breasts) chicken
1 red pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 apple, diced
1 banana, diced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup plain yogurt

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry (my way)

  1. Cook the chicken.

  2. Fry onions in oil.

  3. Add spices.

  4. Add tomato, apple, banana, pepper, and water. Boil until half the liquid is gone.

  5. Add yogurt to thicken sauce. Add slowly so it doesn't curdle.

  6. Eat now - yum.
