2 large carrots
3 stalks celery
1 medium onion
2 large potatoes
1 pound boneless chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Chicken Curry Base (without curry mix)

  1. Dice vegetables

  2. Brown chicken in two tablespoons olive oil

  3. Add vegetables and saute

  4. Add two cups water and simmer until Veggies are tender

  5. Add curry mix and simmer

  6. Serve over rice
