Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Cumber Pita Pocket

12 ounces chicken breast
1 cup cucumber
1/4 cup onion
1 tablespoon garlic
1/2 cup avocado
1/2 cup tomato
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for Chicken Cumber Pita Pocket

  1. Dice 12 ounces cooked chicken breast.

  2. Peel and dice cucumber to make 1 cup.

  3. Chop sweet onion to make 1/4 cup.

  4. Mince garlic to make 1 Tablespoon.

  5. Dice avocado to make 1/2 cup.

  6. Dice tomato to make 1/2 cup.

  7. Place all above ingredients in mixing bowl.

  8. Mix in yogurt, black pepper and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.

  9. 1 Tablespoon each of Yumm Sauce, Sriracha Sauce, and a dash of salt may also be added.

  10. Eat in Pita Bread.
