Recipe Ingredients for Chicken with creamy DiJon Herb Sauce

48 oz Chicken
6 tsp 100% Pure Canola Oil
1 cup Light
2 serving Cream Cheese Light
3 tsp Chives
2 Teaspoon Basil
1 tbsp Parsley, Dried
2 tsp Garlic

Recipe Directions for Chicken with creamy DiJon Herb Sauce

  1. Mix 1c broth, 6 tbsp Dijon mustard, 2/3 c cream cheese lite no fat and all minced herbs, 1 tbsp of each: parsley,basil or chives, until well blended. set aside.

  2. Cook chicken in hot oil [2] tbsp in non stick skillet on both sides about 20 minutes.

  3. Stir in mustard sauce and garlic. Simmer over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes, until sauce thickens slightly and flavors are blended.

  4. tip: Recipe can be halved and be baked at 400 F for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
