Chicken & Cranberry Pan Sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Cranberry Pan Sauce

1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
16 oz whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Cranberry Pan Sauce

Saute chicken in a small amount of oil in a large non-stick skillet on med-high. Do not over cook. Remove to a platter and kep warm. Add chicken broth to the skillet on med-high heat and cook until reduced by half. Stir in and heat cranberry sauce, mustard and sugar. Top chicken with heated sauce.
