Meal base, add ~1 C steamed veggies of your choice to complete the meal, bringing it to about 400 cal/serving (with veggies).

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Couscous

2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Chili Sauce
4 cup, cooked Couscous, Cooked
1 tsp Superior Touch Vegetable Base

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Couscous

  1. Sprinkle chicken breasts with a tiny bit of salt and black pepper.

  2. Mix the sriracha and soy sauce, pour over chicken, try to cover each breast as much as possible with the sauce.

  3. Bake under tinfoil @ 425 for ~35-45 min.

  4. Boil water for couscous, dissolve veggie base to water, dump in ~2 C dry couscous, cover immediately and let sit 5 minutes. Fluff before serving.

  5. Use ~1/2 T of the sauce leftover after baking the chicken and pour it over 1 C of the couscous, serve half chicken breast over couscous. Add veggies to your dish for a complete meal, voila!
