Recipe Ingredients for chicken couscous

6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 small onion, diced
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 cup chickpeas
3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 cup cooked couscous

Recipe Directions for chicken couscous

saute the chicken breasts in olive oil, remove from heat. add onions to the pan, stir in cinnamon and cumin. cook till soft. stir in chicken broth, bring to a simmer. stir in couscous, chickpeas, and chicken.
