Thick and zesty crockpot chicken chili.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Corn Chili

16 oz g) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
16 ounces salsa
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
11 ounces Mexican Style Corn
15 ounce Pinto Beans Canned

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Corn Chili

  1. Place chicken and salsa in slow cooker. Season with garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook 6-8 hours on Low setting. (depends on slow cooker - ours only took about 4-5 hours). Shred the chicken with 2 forks. Return meat to the pot and continue to cook for about 1 hour.

  2. Stir the corn and pinto beans (also good with black-eyed peas or black beans) into the slow cooker. Simmer until ready to serve.
