Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Cordon Bleu (Low Fat Recipe)

12 oz Chicken
5.25 oz Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
1 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
0.25 cup Whole Milk
2 dash Salt, Table
3 oz Canadian Style Bacon

Recipe Directions for Chicken Cordon Bleu (Low Fat Recipe)

  1. Preheat oven to 370 degrees

  2. Rinse chicken and shake off excess water. Season with a little bit of salt.

  3. Spray a baking dish lightly with pam. Place chicken breasts one besides the other, not on top of each other.

  4. Place a slice of canadian bacon on top of each chicken breast.

  5. Combine the cream of chicken can with the milk and whisk together until the soup is completely dissolved in the milk. Add in the Dijon mustard and whisk again, until blended in.

  6. Pour on top of chicken and canadian bacon covering them completely.

  7. Sprinkle the dish with the stuffing

  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken juices run clear

  9. Serve with favorite steamed veggies
