RECIPE NOT MINE. Found on the Easy Eats community on LiveJournal. Didn't add ham or paprika, and used mixed vegetables instead of peas.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

16 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup Vegetables, Mixed
24 grams Gravy Mix
0.5 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
3 cups Makes A Meal Egg Noodles
6 tbsp Light Sour Cream
4 slice Cheese
0.25 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 375F. In large bowl, combine broth, sour cream and gravy; mix well with wire whisk. Stir in uncooked noodles, peas, ham, paprika and 1/8 teaspoon of the pepper. Spoon into ungreased shallow 2-quart casserole.

  2. Place chicken over noodle mixture; sprinkle with seasoned salt and remaining 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Cover with foil.

  3. Bake covered at 375F. for 30 minutes.

  4. Uncover casserole; bake 20 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, and noodles are tender and thoroughly heated.

  5. Place 2 cheese slice halves over each chicken breast half. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
