Casserole for leftover chicken and pasta or rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Cordon-bleu bake

10 oz ham
10 3/5 oz cooked chicken
7/10 oz sour cream
9/10 oz reduced fat sour cream
2 2/5 oz plain yogurt
12 2/5 oz cooked pasta
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Cordon-bleu bake

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese.

  2. Pour into casserole dish and spread evenly.

  3. Sprinkle cheese over the top.

  4. Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

  5. Uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.

  6. Can substitute the pasta with the rice or split the rice and pasta in half.

  7. Goes well with peas.
