Chicken, green beans, mushrooms and rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Continental

1 cup uncooked chicken breast, cubed
15 oz. green beans, french style
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 can chicken broth, fat free, low sodium
2 cups minute rice, brown
3 cloves of garlic, dices
2 tsp. of basil, dry
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Chicken Continental

  1. Saute' chicken, garlic, basil, salt and pepper in 2 tbsp of olive oil until no longer pink.

  2. Add green beans, mushrooms and chicken broth.

  3. bring to a rapid boil

  4. add minute rice, stir, place lid on skillet and turn off heat.

  5. Let sit for 5 min.

  6. enjoy!
