Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Continental

6 oz chicken thighs
1/2 cup flour
2 cans mushroom soup
1 small chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbl parsley flakes
1 tbl thyme
1 cup rice
2 cups water
3 tbl olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Continental

Season chicken with salt and pepper, Coat in flour, brown in olive oil, Set aside. Add onions and garlic to pan brown on low heat. Add soup, water, parsley and thyme. In a large casserole dish sprinkle rice and lay chicken on top, cover with soup mixture and cover with foil and back for 1 hr on 425
