14 oz. chicken breast
10 c. coleslaw mix
2 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
3 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
1 c. water chestnuts

Recipe Directions for Chicken Coleslaw Stir-Fry

  1. Heat oil in wok

  2. Cut chicken into chunks and fry in wok for about 5 minutes

  3. Add water chestnuts and soy sauce

  4. Cook for another 3 minutes

  5. Add coleslaw mix and let cook until desired softness
