Recipe Ingredients for Chicken coleslaw

8 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
6 green onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups grapes, sliced
1 small jicama, shredded
3 cups chopped chicken, baked
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken coleslaw

  1. place the shredded ingredients (up to grapes) in a large serving/storage container.

  2. mix the remainder of the ingredients in a small bowl, and check for seasoning. should be tart, and curry powder will get stronger as it sits.

  3. toss all together, check salt and pepper, and enjoy.
