YUMMY made this up when I was starving LOL! Lots of substitutes/omissions/restrictions/additions that could make this healthier (whole grain pasta or making this as a wrap or chicken salad instead of a pasta dish, turkey bacon, more veggies of your choice, skim milk, low-fat parm, fresh tomato, fresh herbs, sea salt or no-salt seasonings like Mrs. Dash) but I was too hungry to care and had a house full of brothers jumping down my throat to cook LOL and 500 calories is not bad at all for a delicious pasta dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Club Pasta

16 oz penne pasta
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup parmesean cheese, grated
12 ounce chicken breasts
3 medium bacon
1 large onion, diced
4 (3g) cloves garlic
2 cups broccoli florets
15 ounce tomato, diced
1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried parsley

Recipe Directions for Chicken Club Pasta

Not rocket science, I cook everything in one pot (besides pasta), throwing in earlier the ingredients that take longer to cook (like onion and chicken). Mix everything together adding milk and cheese last after taking off the burner.
