Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chow Mein

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 1tsp Oil, Sesame
3 tsp Chopped Garlic
0.25 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
0.25 medium Green Bell Pepper
2 medium Carrots
1 Pack Bean Sprouts
1 Serving Chicken
2 tbsp Oyster Flavored Sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chow Mein

Heat oil on med high, add garlic, add chopped onion, add chopped chicken, cook until chicken is slightly cooked. Add finely chopped celery, shredded carrots and finely chopped bell pepper. Saute until chicken is cooked through. Add bean sprouts. Continue cooking another 5 minutes (stirring occasionally). Add oyster sauce. Stir until combined, cook until heated through. Remove from heat. Serve with rice or Chow Mein noodles.
