Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chop (Homemade)

9 oz Chicken
2 medium Tomatoes
3/4 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 1/2 cup Black beans
2 cup shredded Green Leaf Lettuce
0.66 grams Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chop (Homemade)

  1. Season chicken breasts (makes for 3) with salt.

  2. Spray skillet lightly with Pam. Heat over medium low heat.

  3. Add breasts and cook them until golden brown on each side and juices run clear. Remove them from heat and place breasts on a shallow dish. Dice them to the desired thickness (recommend 1/4 inch thickness).

  4. Add rice to each serving dish in equal amounts, add chicken on top in equal amounts, then add the lettuce and tomatoes.

  5. Additional toppings recommended, not included in this recipe: shredded cheddar, sour cream, guacamole and/or curry mustard sauce (see recipe separately)
